Artwork specifications for advertising modules
to be published in the “MINEX Central Asia 2017” Catalogue
Modules should strictly comply with the following technical requirements.
• Accepted formats (print quality PDF or 300 ppi CMYK TIFF or PDF)
• STRICTLY NO SPOT COLOURS (print method: digital offset)
• Full-page advertising block – bleed 3mm, size with bleeds 216 (w) x 303 (h) mm
• Half-page advertising block – 216 (w)*148 (h) mm (maximal text area 190x130mm)
• Colour: CMYK or Greyscale
• Images resolution – 300 dpi or higher
• All fonts – outlined (curves)

- Company logos must be submitted in Vector Format (Illustrator or EPS) with outlined fonts (transformed to curves), CMYK colours only.
- If available, please send us your logo publishing guidelines
- Please note that logos saved in JPEG, GIF or BMP format are not suitable for high quality printing and will not be accepted.

Technical requirements for delegate bag inserts

For promotional flyers: size – A5 or A4, up to 10 pages, up to 150 g/m2, Quantity: 300
For gifts: weight >150 g/m2; dimensions: >3 cm thick, > 30 cm long, > 20 cm wide Quantity: 300.
All conference bag inserts must be submitted to organisers in Astana by 4 April 2017

A poster presentation empowers delegates with additional opportunities to interact with other Forum participants.
Poster boards will be organised alongside exhibition on 19 and 20 April where delegates will be able meet their peers and answer questions one-on-one basis.
Poster modules should comply with the following technical requirements
Accepted poster formats: Portrait / Vertical. A0, A1 or A3
Material: Plain, Coated or Laminated Paper up to 300 gsm

Poster board dimensions: 100 cm width x 250 cm height
Poster artwork in PDF format must be submitted to admin @ minexforum.com before 4 April 2017 for approval
Approved posters will be assigned with a numbered Poster Board and venue
Poster mounting: From 8 am on 19 April 2017
Please note that Blue Tack adhesive will be provided to avoid damage to the poster board. Damage to the board resulting from the use of other adhesives will be subject to up 200 GBP fine
Poster dismounting: From 18 pm on 20 April 2017.
