BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS
DELEGATE REGISTRATION:
Delegates who wish to present at the Forum, MineVenture session or MineTech competition must complete registration before 15 March 2017. 1.2 Delegates wishing to attend the Forum without presentation must register before 12 April 2017.

Delegates who have selected presentation option must submit before 15 March 2017 completed speaker form with photo, short bio and the synopsis of the presentation. In addition to the standard delegate terms the fee includes presentation in selected event (subject to approval of the organising committee), the use of Audio-Visual and translation equipment, Simultaneous translation of the presentation to Russian, publication of the presentation slides in MINEX CD and post-event materials; presenter’s photo and short bio listing in the Forum catalogue and website.
GALA DINNER FEE: Includes unreserved seat at a dinner table; entertainment program during the dinner.
PANEL HIRE: Panel hire includes hire of one panel (1 m wide x 2. high) from 7 am on 19 April and end at 6 pm on 20 April 2017. The hire excludes admission to the Forum and poster production.
ADVERTISING: All advertisements and inserts must be submitted before 6 April 2017 in accordance to the technical specifications (please enquire).
PAYMENT: Delegate and exhibitor fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via PayPal) or Bank Transfer.
ADMISSION: Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations submitted in writing to admin @ minexforum.com before 3 April 2017 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 3 April 2017. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 3 April 2017.
